| 400 | GAErrInsufficientResources | Insufficient resources, please contact the administrator. | 资源不足，请联系管理员。 |
| 400 | BandwidthPackageNoPermission | Have no permission to operate the bandwidth package. | 非法权限，不支持操作该带宽包。 |
| 400 | ErrBandwidthPackageIsBusy | The bandwidth package is in the state of changing allocation. | 带宽包正在变配中。 |
